Immunization Program

Lewis County Public Health Department provides vaccinations through its general clinic located on the third floor of the Public Health Building.

TB skin tests are only available on Tuesdays.

Immunization clinic hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9am-12noon, 1:30pm-4pm.

  • State supplied vaccines are available for all children from birth to 19th birthday with protection against 14 vaccine preventable diseases.
  • Routine adult immunizations are available (as of February 2010).  (This does not include travel immunizations. Click here for travel recommendations and call for referral.)
  • Click here for a list of current vaccine fees. There is a small administration fee, which may be waived, medical coupons are also accepted.

  • Child: DTAP, Flu, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, HIB, MMR, Polio, PCV7, Rotavirus, Varicella
  • Adolescent: Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, HPV, Meningococcal, Tdap, Varicella
  • Adults: Flu, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Combination Hep A/B, MMR, Pneumonia, TDaP, Varicella, Zostavax

Can I get a copy of my child's immunization record?

  • Health care providers can help parents get a copy of their child’s immunization record by accessing theCHILD Profile Immunization Registry and printing it directly from the registry.

What immunizations are recommended for my child?

  • The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has posted schedules for recommended vaccinations for infants, toddlers, children and adults.
