WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY PERMIT AND HOW

You will need to pay the building plan review fee for your permit at the time it is submitted.  Other fees may be required at the time of submittal, such as planning review, septic permit, water availability. The scope of the project will determine what reviews and permits are required. All remaining fees will be due at the time the permit is issued (building, mechanical and plumbing permit).

Currently fees can be taken in the form of cash or checks. Credit or debit cards are not accepted. Contact the Permit Center for additional information on the costs and payment process.
