Budget/Fiscal Services

The Budget/Fiscal Services Department is responsible for the development and implementation of the Countywide budget. This department also provides fiscal services to all departments that report to the Board of County Commissioners.

Grants Program

The Budget/Fiscal Services Department acts as a resource for grant requests, application support, and accounting. The grant team works with web based programs to research grants daily and forwards any grants that are applicable to the appropriate department or office. In the current economy as government looks at reductions in departments and office expenditures, it is necessary to find other revenue sources to fund County programs.
